I had heard about being a part of the Honda family but I never really put much merit in the thought. From the moment I walked into Tony Honda I knew I had come to the right place. Tony Honda was clean and well lit and had a friendly atmosphere. Then I met David Diaz. I've purchased many cars in my life and David was the first salesman I ever encountered that made me feel like he was on my side and was genuinely trying to get me the best deal he could. He understood my needs and didn't try to push me upmarket. He got me behind the wheel of the car I wanted and now 14 months later I still believe I got the van I needed at a price that was fair. I later met Joshua Lospoc from the service area to schedule installing some dealer accessories that I had purchased with my new vehicle and I was blown away by his friendly demeaner. He clearly went over when and what was going to be done and how long it would take. I was so impressed with David and Josh that two days ago I leased another Honda and I insisted on David being my salesman again. More

Scot Kekumano Our salesman Scot Kekumano was great. He listened and took the time to work with us and was just enough of a hardass to negotiate with. I know Scot’s job is to sell and he sold me on him and trust before he sold me a car and if he was acting the whole time he should receive an Oscar award along with salesman of the year award. He seemed to calm, almost sedated like, but once he started talking with us he really took time to explain our options and I believe got us all a win win deal. I really appreciate your team. They were friendly but yet focused on business because at the end of the day I needed a car to safely transport my family and Tony Honda delivered. More

Service My service advisor was excellent but Horrible service porters. I went to pick up my vehicle after work around 5pm. The cashier lady went on the walkie-talkie to tell them vehicle pick up. So I patiently went outside and waited for my vehicle, clearly I’m the only customer there to pick up. 10 minutes went by still nothing, 15 minutes went by now I’m starting to question. I waited 20 minutes until I went up to a porter and asked them if there grabbing my vehicle. He clearly tells me “what kinda vehicle do you have” I told him I have a white accord sport. He looks lost and tells me if I know the service tag number. Wouldn’t you know these things or ask your supervisor for help?!? I told him I work at tony group just give me my keys and I’ll grab it myself. I told him exactly where my car was but he insisted that wasn’t the right vehicle. This is the first horrible experience I had while picking up my vehicle. More

He never pressured us to buy a car even after spending a lot of time assisting us in looking and waiting for the model and color that we like. I will recommend him to my friends and family when they plan to buy a new Honda. We bought the top model Odyssey Elite so I would have been more elated with my purchase if the General Sales Manages came out from his office and appreciate us for doing business with them. But overall, I am very satisfied with my new Honda. More
