This year my van turns 12 years old and it's because of Sean's ability to recognize and suggest ways to keep my ride running at its best that I am able to continue enjoying my Odyssey. And today was no different. My car battery died yesterday so I called Sean this morning (7:30am) and he said I should bring it in asap to get that taken care of. So I did and had my oil change done at the same time. I'm sure the day after a holiday the service dept. was super busy and they were when I arrived. But as usual, Sean came out, greeted me warmly and explained to me what will be done and estimated the costs. He's a constant professional and really knows his cars. More
