Fast, friendly and quickly done. Hats off to Jacob and Tracie. Tracie gave us the preliminary test drives and was friendly with no pressure. Came back in a couple of days and worked with Jacob. Excellent customer service from him and we committed to the Toyota as Jacob got the price into my range and we were looking for a hybrid which sealed the deal. It was hard to not grab the Accord as it was the only v-6 they had, but the hybrid and price was the kicker for us. That and the fast, friendly, no hassle service we received from Jacob. A fantastic experience! Kudos to Curtis M. as well - processed the paperwork PDQ. More

Maria was personable, friendly, an Purchased a pre-owned 2016 Mazda Miata CX-5 with the help of Maria in sales, and Curtis in financing at Tony Honda. Maria was personable, friendly, and patient with us throughout the process. Over the course of several days she was very responsive when we wanted to take a look at the car. She test drove with us twice, let us take a thorough look at the car, and met our needs left and right! Once everything was finalized - or so we thought - Curtis offered us the opportunity to do a credit check through him just to see if we could beat the rates we had already set with our bank. The time it took Curtis to run the check was so worth it! We are so glad he offered us the opportunity to check for a better rate because we got one! After being at the dealer most of the day, fatigue and hunger were on the rise. They have a selection of Starbucks coffees, tea, and granola bars/snacks, as well as comfy lounge chairs, outlets, and TV to pass the time. When all the paperwork was said and done, Maria made sure that the car got its fill of air in the tires and had it nice and clean for our first drive home.
