Best Sales Service Ever!!!!!!! Seven months pregnant with twins and an 18 month old at home, my husband and I realized we needed a van (oh god) and we needed one quickly. I didn’t have the patience nor the energy to deal with all the sales xxxxxxxx that came with visiting a car dealership but thankfully Iven was down to earth, approachable and made us feel comfortable from the get go. They didn’t have the model we wanted on site so he gladly helped us reserve one on the next shipment and he kept us updated in a timely manner on the details and arrival. He listened to our needs (more like demands), took into consideration our situation and timeline and came in clutch!!! Little to his knowledge, my husband and I had a terrible experience at Pacific Honda the week before and my husband especially was not convinced that we were going to leave with the van we wanted in the price range we could afford. But after four hours, many cups of water and trips to the bathroom on my part, Iven gave us the price we wanted and my husband was in disbelief. He was so shocked!!! He kept saying, “Is this a dream?”. My husband hates car dealerships and I come from a family of all Toyota owners. Needless to say, our first Honda experience exceeded our expectations and we are more than satisfied with our purchased vehicle. I was not excited to drive a van but I have to admit it drives like a dream! We would happily recommend Tony Honda to friends and/or family in the future but more than that, we would especially recommend Iven for sales assistance. We will be naming one of our twin girls “Ivenna” because he was amazing!!!! :) More
