We were on our way to Tony Huyandai, when my friend said, “Let's stop at Tony Honda and see the CR-V.” We were met by Jeff, who was very friendly and listened carefully to my list of wants, which were primarily safety and convenience-oriented. He showed us the CR-V that had almost every one of my requirements and we took a rest ride. The car was amazingly roomy and had a superior ride. Because it was an SUV, it rode much higher than my old car and offered a great view of the road. Jeff demonstrated how the back-up camera worked and how much room in the back was available for a wheelchair in case I had to transport my elderly aunt. Back at the dealership, we met Jacob who understood that I still wanted to compare the new Huyndai Kona that I had read so much about. He took us down to Tony Huyndai where the car was not in stock. That seemed to be an oman that I should narrow my choices to the Kia Soul or the Honda CR-V. My friend—who ran the Honda motorcycle distributorship here for a decade—had advised never to buy a brand new model, especially since cars now were less mechanical and more electronic. We went back up to Tony Honda to discuss price. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a car. After a bit of negotiation, Jacob came up with a price that both eliminated the Soul AND made buying the CR-V a sure thing! Once we agreed on the price Cindy came in and offered various options. She explained each one carefully and I added several, especially the front-and-rear beeping system, which was the only safety feature not already built in. We then met with Curtis and added a longer warranty. Since I drove my last car 14 years, it seemed to make good sense, especially since it was sold and administered by Tony Honda, a dealership which had already built trust wuth me, More

Tony Honda worth checking out Went down to just look at some Honda vans. The sales rep Kerry was awesome. Showed us around no pressure or pushing to sit down and talk numbers. Even said take your time and think about what you want. Then Marco our finance manager gave us a good deal and helped us hit the right monthly payment that made us comfortable. They went out of their way until we felt right about the amount for car, protection plan and finance program. You'd be a fool to not at least give them a look. You won't regret it. I sure didn't. Fantastic Customer Service!!!! My lease for my CRV was expiring soon so again, I had to decide on another vehicle. We did shop around at three other dealers thereafter but they couldn't honor their advertised specials and customer service fell short. Maria called me a week later to follow up. I was still undecided but I did tell her what car I was interested in and made an appointment with her. When I showed up for my appointment to my surprise "my" car was waiting for me. Both Maria and Keoki and their Tony Honda TEAM are impressive. I was in n out of there with my new Accord in about 2 hours under no pressure whatsoever.
