I am impressed on how knowledgeable Royce is to highlight the very detailed feature of the car and through the test drive. Royce introduced Joe to further assist us. He assisted us on the pricing and financing aspect of car buying. I did car shopping a couple of times and it was unpleasant experience with other dealership. Working with Royce and Joe was stress free, less time spent on dealership and they are not pushy. Royce did follow up calls to check on how are we doing with the car and to also follow through with the updates on the car since we left the car at the dealership for accessories installation. Overall experience was great. This time I enjoyed car shopping and ended up buying one because of the excellent service of both Royce and Joe. These two men without any hesitation are gentlemen and sales staff that any company would be proud to have as members of their sales team. At no time did we feel pressured to buy a car or to pay for more than our need. Kerry is a professional is every sense of the description of a salesman and we truly appreciate his assistance in the purchase of our new CRV. Pat and I will be married 50 years in January 2019 and it is without any embellishment that I say we have purchased more than our fair share of new and used vehicles. Initially, as in years previous, we started checking out all the Honda car dealerships on Sundays. It quickly became obvious that our search was getting us nowhere fast. Feeling frustrated we decided to give Tony Honda a visit and are happy that we did. We were greeted by Kerry late morning on a Saturday and by 2 PM of that same day Pat and I were taking delivery on our new 2018 Honda CRV AWD. In short, after all was said and done, Pat and I got an SUV with more bells and whistles, for a price well below what we expected to pay. Tony Honda with the help of Kerry not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way possible. While discussing our previous buying experience with Tony Honda we were pleasantly surprised find out that a person we had worked with Ron Oya, a salesman who had in years past assisted us in the purchase of three earlier model Honda’s for the years 1983, 1997, and 2001. Once again he displayed his professional and amiable personality in assisting us in purchasing accessories for the vehicle. I can’t promise that Tony Honda will be able to replicate your car/SUV/truck buying experience like ours, but I can say without hesitation that working with Kerry Kobayashi and Ron Oya will not only be an pleasant auto buying experience that you will not soon forget, but also an experience that will earn your praises.
