Returning a Lease Car and Getting a New Lease Car Yesterday I traded in my lease for another one and was met with a new sales person, Royce Murai., who's been employed with Tony Honda for a couple of Yesterday I traded in my lease for another one and was met with a new sales person, Royce Murai., who's been employed with Tony Honda for a couple of months. Tony Honda definitely scored with this individual as he was extremely professional, courteous and full of positive energy. Only part that was frustrating was the time it took from when I showed up and when I left with my new car---almost 6 hours...4 hours longer than I wanted to be there. Thankfully, I had some great conversations with Royce Murai, Vic Pojas, Val Arakaki and Gunner Hartner. Tony Honda definitely has some great employees. I do hope, however, is when I return in 3 years for another car, that Tony Honda figured out a way to streamline their process in reducing the time it takes in getting a new car. This being said...I was very pleased with the Great Service by Royce Murai! More

Professional, courteous and accomodating Jeff engaged us about our options without being pushy. His manner of walking us through our options came across as natural and easy-going. Although obviously he is in sales, he didn't come across as wanting to sell us a vehicle. His type of engagement came across as wanting to satisfy our vehicle need.
