With the options that he showed me it helped me finalize my decision on trim and color. Seeing the options right in front of me instead of just talking about it makes the buying experience that much better. With adding on accessories to the vehicle Ron made it easy to decide with no added pressure to purchase any of them. With John in financing, he made all the different levels of warranty options easy to understand and how much they would affect the monthly on the purchase. In the end, I will definitely be a return buyer. More

We went in to purchase a used vehicle and ended up purchasing a new one. She spent so much time with us over more than one day, and encouraged us to do our research and ask her anything we needed to. We couldn't have asked for a better advocate. Valerie (I believe that was her name) helped us greatly in choosing what products we needed for our vehicle. She also spent a lot of time with us explaining items and answering our questions. And whoever detailed our vehicle did a wonderful job! Danny spent a lot of time with us regarding financing and answered all of our questions - even reprinting forms in a way we could understand easier. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Tony Honda. For folks who haven't walked into a dealership to purchase a vehicle for over 25 years, we were treated like family and Maria and crew made it a pleasurable experience. This was my first time buying a brand new car and I had little hope that I would be able to afford the car I wanted -- a 2018 CRV EX. Thankfully, I was able to walk away with a brand new CRV EX at a low interest rate and an affordable monthly payment. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Tracie was extremely friendly and more than accommodating in finding a 2018 CRV EX within my price range. She was able to offer me the car I desired (well under my maximum budget) in less than an hour. For the second phase of my car purchase, I met with Val to go over accessories. She had such a great personality and explained every accessory thoroughly. Lastly, I was sent over to the finance guy - Daniel. This guy has amazing negotiating skills with the banks. I was a bit worried I'd have to pay an extremely high interest rate, however, he somehow managed to get it down to 3.29%. :) Before driving off in my new car, Tracie went over every feature of the CRV and fully answered all of my questions. Later that night, Tracie checked back in with me to ensure everything was to my expectations and to contact her, should I have any questions. Exceptional Service all around! When we got there Tracie did an awesome job listening to what we were looking for and suggesting cars that best fit our situation.. The experience was so great that we actually left the dealership with TWO cars! The whole process felt so "natural and genuine" even though these type of transactions could take a long time. Everything from walking the lot to getting all the necessary papers signed, to getting the best financing went by so smoothly. Tracie also helped my us get accustomed to our new cars from the bluetooth setup to the camera setting. We definitely will recommend Tony Honda to our friends and family and will be back to upgrade!
