We walked into the dealership around 5:30pm & didn’t leave until after 9:00pm. Best Car Buying Experience at Tony Honda! The process of buying a new car at a dealership can be a stressful adventure when you anticipate the long, drawn out, back & forth of negotiation. But that was not the experience I had with Dustin Sonico, the Internet Sales Mgr, at Tony Honda Waipio. Dustin, with his pleasant, friendly personality, made everything simple and straightforward without the wheels & deals. After asking which car I was interested in, he took me out to their inventory, made the car selection and allowed me a test drive. The 2018 Civic EX-Turbo .... I LOVED THE DRIVE!! We went back in to his office, Dustin asked what I was able to pay, he worked on a few numbers and before I knew it, he presented me with a price that exceeded my expectation! I immediately aged and we had a deal! I'd say the entire sales process took approximately one hour... That's amazing!!!! Dustin is amazing!!! Not to mention the accessories salesman, Ron, was funny and helpful, and Curtis in Financing was awesome! Within 3 hours I waa driving home my brand me 2018 Honda Civic EX-T!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!
