David Diaz is a friendly, funny salesman and it was a pleasure working with him twice. He worked on convincing my wife to purchase her new CRV (with a sun-roof). Also, working with Daniel Zabresky (to discuss financing/payment, maintenance, and warranty options) was simple; Danny explained all of our options and recommended the best one for our family. Ron Oya helped us choose the best accessories for our new CRV and gave us very good deals. I was able to check the vehicle I was interested in. He was able to find the color that I wanted and allowed me to test drive. Thank You! Sadly, my car is three years old (so about the time when everything starts expiring!). It’s my second time at the service department in one month. I w Sadly, my car is three years old (so about the time when everything starts expiring!). It’s my second time at the service department in one month. I worked with Andrew last month and he was professional, and tried to save me some money where he could. Since it was my second time seeing him (this time for battery and the “Check Charge System” alert), he comped me the logistics consultation and only charged me for the battery. That was awesome and although he didn’t have to do that, it was great service. Even tried to get me a little discount on the battery! The two shuttle drivers that work on Fridays: the male driver that drove me to downtown on the 7am shuttle (sorry, I blanked on his name!) and to Korie, who waited for me while i finished work and picked me up at 3:45pm from work to take me back to Tony Honda. Both shuttle drivers are troopers for driving me in traffic to and from downtown so i could get to and from work. They never complain about driving me in traffic, are professional and courteous drivers, are friendly and are always great to talk to in the car. I could go to another dealership that is closer. I could take my business to somewhere cheaper. But, i choose to go to Tony Honda because everyone is like all three of these employees: friendly, professional and accommodating. Exceptional customer service, keep doing what you’re doing Tony Honda staff! More
