She facilitated the insurance estimate and made the entire experience much more optimistic and pleasant. Unfortunately, my car was beyond repair. As a result of Roxanne's positive and helpful attitude, I still wanted to do some business with her company and asked for a salesperson reference. She recommended David. We contacted David (Roxanne gave him a heads-up that we'd be calling) who was pleasant from the initial phone call. We set up a morning appointment on the upcoming weekend to take advantage of Honda's low financing rates. David was also great! Within a few hours, we had all our paperwork completed and were on our way with a new Civic. Thanks Roxanne and David! You made a BIG difference! More

He was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted; a CRV ,but most of all, I commend him for his PATIENCE, and PROFESSIONALISM. He even arranged to pick me up from home so that I could pick up my brand new car-that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I decided to go ahead and visit the dealer with Dustin's invitation. Unfortunately Dustin was just going on his vacation but he referred me to Scott Matsuoka. Scott took the time to explain the features of the car and let us take a test drive. Once we decided to go forward with the purchase, Scott was very professional in his manner and explained the different financing that was available to us. Once the transaction was complete, Scott took the time to meet with us and explain further the important functions of the car. Scott is very easy to talk to and it seems we've known him for a long time. Also, I wanted to mention Daniel Zabresky, the finance manager. During the financing process, he was very meticulous and urged us to take advantage of the different incentives that was available to us. They don't give you the run-around and if you qualify for the incentives they will provided it to you. We took advantage of the low rate financing in addition to the College Grad program to bring our payments lower. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car, they've got more car selection that the other dealers. We're glad we did and we definitely will consider them for our future needs. More

He listened to both my car needs and car wants, asked great questions, and truly led me to the correct car for my situation. Their used car selection was so good that me, a usually picky car buyer ended up in the perfect car despite not knowing what that car originally was.The great experience didn't stop there, it was late and they were about to close, I really did not want to do the deal as it was getting late but Jason assured me he would get me an even better deal than previously discussed and that it would not take to long. I was skeptical but he was right, after talking with his manager they gave me an even better deal and I was out about thirty minutes later which was great.
