Rude Staff Member I brought my car in for servicing and, due to a communications issue occurring when I purchased my new vehicle, I asked to speak to the General Manage I brought my car in for servicing and, due to a communications issue occurring when I purchased my new vehicle, I asked to speak to the General Manager, Larry Moody. He wasn't working. I have been to the device center 5 previous times in the past 14 months, and Mr. Moody has never been in the building. I have also called him 3 times and left messages but never received a return call. The person in charge on this visit, Marco, was both rude and hostile to my effort to address and resolve my issue. Although he hadn't been part of the sales team when I purchased my 2016 Honda Pilot, and thus had no basis to dispute my describedsituation, he accused me of lying about the facts. Marco's antagonistic attitude and demeanor were both unjustified and demeaning. This was a horrible experience at Tony Honda. More
