He offered a shuttle ride home since service would take at least several hours, the next available shuttle to my area wouldn't have been available for at least 2 hrs, this was at 8:10. Around 7 min later John introduces me to George their parts driver, George has agreed to drive me home. The ride home with George was like riding with a friend, we talked the whole way home. My wife owns an 09 Civic and has been taking her car to John for the past 3 yrs, after retiring she didn't want to drive far away. This was my first experience with Tony Honda and now understand why my wife likes them so much. More

For the past several years, I was researching good and bad new on cars. I got honest and straightforward feedback from Tony Honda Sevice rep Sean Kikuchi so I felt that whatever the potential problems I get with the new car, Sean and the Honda team would be experienced enough to fix any issues. Sales team (Moi Mabalot and Dustin Sonica) let me Drive test the new Honda Civic and prepared all the paperwork. We had a great discussion and got the Accessories we put on all of our new cars. The senior fellow we spoke to on Accessories was a real pleasure to talk to. Our Service Advisor Sean Kikuchi oversaw the recept and installation of my Honda’s Accessories. So within 48 hours, Everything we wanted in our Honda Civic nwas installed and tested. Within the first 48 hours, we purchased the car, had installed all accessories and drove it 100 miles. The car will sell itself, so why drive in rain and fighting the west side traffic after a busy work day? A friend of mine suggested I check them out and meet with Iven Cunanan. So after driving in 60 minutes of traffic we arrived. Iven had two cars in the colors we wanted ready to go. The experience was smooth and very friendly. There was no pressure, they gave us time to digest the features and price. The process was as smooth as it can be. We ended purchasing a car for a price for a very far price. If you are in town, or east Oahu, it might be worth the drive to check them out. Christmas came early for us, and a lot has to do with Tony Honda and their amazing staff. More
