When I came this morning for service, Sean welcomed me with a great smile, warmth and respect. He is very polite, personable, very professional and knowledgeable about all their products and services. He has an excellent customer service and is an awesome guy! He treats me just like family. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all my questions. I felt that he gave his honest opinion when I asked him about the different features. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need. Once I decided what I wanted, (which took a while) he went through the paper work quickly and efficiently. Kathleene came to explain added accessories quickly. Again, she was very patient with me as I asked questions. There was no pressure to buy things that I didn't need. Last stop was with Daniel in finance and I was out the door with my new car! I highly recommend Tony Honda! The staff was so nice and helpful! More

This time I'm not sure, I feel like they weren't even trying to give me a reasonable offer, their quote was thousands of dollars from MSRP or Market Value. Excellent all around (product, service, and sales) I bought a 2017 Civic Hatchback. I turned in my 1997 Accord wagon. I also currently own a 2006 Civic Ex. My main reasons for purchasing from Tony Hond I bought a 2017 Civic Hatchback. I turned in my 1997 Accord wagon. I also currently own a 2006 Civic Ex. My main reasons for purchasing from Tony Honda was (1) an excellent product, (2) incredibly high level of service for the vehicle after purchase (my 97 Accord wagon was in very good running order when turned in, -it didn't even leak oil, -it during its lifetime needed some work like a new transmission and radiator but realistically for a car that old with high mileage, that is expected), and (3) great communication and assistance at the point of sale (Tracie Komori salesperson and Daniel Z finance, and Wade Szameitat in the service department who's taken care of my cars and referred me to Tracie!) While the sales and finance part of my experience was excellent, -the most important factor in purchasing from Tony Honda, is my long standing relationship with the service department, Wade and the crew, do an outstanding job of maintaining the cars. It's very important to me to know that I have an excellent service department supporting my purchase and that they do an amazing job! More
