I went in with a specific car in mind (2017 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback in Crystal Black) and came out with something totally different (2017 Honda Accord Sport SE) from what I had in mind (this is a very good thing). The salesperson who helped us is Ms. Maria. I expressed what I wanted and she made her own recommendations after which she gave me an opportunity to compared. However, after speaking with Ms. Maria and trying out her recommendations, I realized I should be getting car that works for me, not for impressing strangers. For that, I do wholly appreciate her guidance (as well as a bit of a nudge for my brother). I no longer wanted the hatchback as it didn't feel like it represented me. Following the test drive, I was introduced to paperwork and after getting approval, met with Ms. Kathleene. She went over a presentation on the different parts/accessories/add-ons that were available to me. The number one thing I appreciated the most was that she did not try to sell me everything. She went through each item, giving detailed information on each, and would give me her honest opinion on a product. She made sure to let me know which products would benefit me and would basically pay for itself. Overall, she was very helpful. After meeting with Ms. Kathleene, I was introduced to Marco. Marco seemed like a straight forward and down to business kind of guy. I like that. Financing was made easy. Ultimately, I think things worked out the way they should as I got a car that I needed versus a car that I wanted. My mind was set on the hatchback which I wanted to go all out on but instead ended up with the Accord. In hindsight, I would say Ms. Maria saved me a lot of money by convincing me to get a car that I needed and not a car that I wanted (let's be honest, if one were to go for a sport's car, you're going for the look, and we all know aesthetics can be quite expensive). With the 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE, I got a favorable compromise between my needs and my wants. More

Everyone from the greeters, lot attendants, cashiers and service advisors provide great customer service. We live on the East side of Oahu but choose to drive to Central Oahu to get our Honda vehicles serviced at Tony Honda. It's service advisors like David who provide excellent customer service, who keeps you updated and provides recommendation as to what is priority on a maintenance schedule. These days we are on a tight budget and we appreciate someone like David who we can rely on to provide what needs to be done to keep our vehicles safe and running without having to do every service on the maintenance schedule of the vehicle at that time. All the service advisors, lot attendants, and cashiers that have serviced us through the years are all EXCELLENT! More

I worked with Tracie Ko I've bought several new cars over the past few years and this was by far the easiest, quickest and most enjoyable experience. I worked with Tracie Komori who was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, straightforward and businesslike. But, she was also very courteous and pleasant. Not counting the logistics of getting the new car from a nearby lot to the dealership (that just takes time), we were able to agree on a deal very quickly and much to my satisfaction. She did a great job. Finance Manager Curtis Matsumoto was also excellent; easy to work with, bey pleasant and helpful -- another winner. Overall, I can't say enough nice things about the people at Tony Honda. I hight recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Honda vehicle. More

I returned one more time and talked with Joe about what I was looking for. He showed me a model (Honda Fit) that fit all of my needs and wants in a new car! He did not pressure me, and along with the rest of the sales and finance team, made the process pretty easy.
