David greeted us when we arrived and he was so helpful! He asked what we were looking for and showed us what deals they had for leases, then from the deals we liked he showed us some of the car styles that I was interested. He wasn't pushy at all like some car dealers can be. He answered all of our questions and did what he could to find us the car that was right for us and affordable. I walked away today with a new car that is perfect for me and our budget that we had set. Would definitely recommend Tony Honda to anyone looking to buy new, used, or to lease a car! More

Excellence I was living in Okinawa and preparing to relocate to Hawaii. I drove on the opposite side of the road in Japan and needed to purchase a vehicle standard for driving in the U.S. I located my car online at Tony Honda. My sales representative was Scott Matsuoka. Scott worked with me over the phone, via text and email, and also via express mail. He reserved the Fit I had chosen and started the paperwork before I arrived on island. Scott's prep and attention to detail got me in and out of the dealership in record time. He even set my Navigation for my next destination. Scott is phenomenal to work with. More

Good dealer, Excellent salesman I bought a new 2015 Honda FIT at Tony Honda in June 2015. The salesman, Jacob Amadeo, "went the extra mile" to make sure that it all worked out for me I bought a new 2015 Honda FIT at Tony Honda in June 2015. The salesman, Jacob Amadeo, "went the extra mile" to make sure that it all worked out for me. His service for me was excellent, 5 stars. However, I was turned off by the accessories guy who did not let me get past him until he had dragged me through every single option, over and over, one by one, until I agreed to buy something I did not want. After him, I was turned off by the finance manager who did not let me get past him until he went over extended warranties until I agreed to buy something I did not want. I bought the car outright with a single payment --- no financing, no credit --- instant ownership. The next day, or maybe within a few days, I cancelled the extended warranty (which I never wanted) and the accessories which I did not want. The accessories and finance managers were too pushy. Based on them alone, I would rate Tony Honda as 2 or 3 stars. But, thanks to the dealer coming through with prompt cancellations and refunds for the items I did not want, and Jacob's help with that, I'm giving Tony Honda 4 stars, and Jacob Amadeo 5 stars. My situation was a bit unusual because I paid for the car (in full) before it had even arrived in Hawaii, from the factory (in Mexico). More
