Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! I am not usually one to leave reviews, but felt that it was the least I could do after such a tremendous experience with Tony Honda, and specifically I am not usually one to leave reviews, but felt that it was the least I could do after such a tremendous experience with Tony Honda, and specifically working with Scott Matsuoka and Moi Mabalot. To be very honest, prior to meeting Scott and Moi, I was dreading my trip to the dealership. I expected long hours of haggling, stress, mind games, etc. This was of course, based on my previous car buying service (over 10 years ago, in a different state) which was one of the worst experiences, due to an abrasive, pushy and dishonest salesperson. However, I must say... to my pleasant surprise, Scott and Moi were nothing like what I had expected; they were exactly the opposite. Scott, who worked with me throughout the entire process, was never once pushy, abrasive, nor dishonest. He was honest, transparent, straight-forward, patient, respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable and informative. He took the time to answer all of my questions (and I had many!) and some more, and pointed out key items that I overlooked, ultimately helping me in making the best informed decision. When I wasn't ready to purchase on the first visit, he never "pressured" me into signing a contract that I wasn't ready for, but stated that he would wait until I was ready, and he truly meant it. Between my first and second visit, Scott kept in touch and ensured I had all my questions answered. When I was ready to purchase during the second visit, Scott treated me with the same professionalism and excellence as in the first visit. Paperwork took us beyond closing, and even then, Scott stayed another hour after the dealership closed, to help close out my contract! Not only that, he spent an additional 15-minutes to explain all the cool gadgets / key functions of my new CR-V! Scott's "above and beyond" services have continued even after the purchase... he is always ready to answer any questions I may have or follow-up on any services I may need. Scott is a true professional on and off duty! Moi was also very instrumental throughout the process! He greeted me with a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. Moi understood my needs and helped me close out the contract with my best interest in mind. He also stayed beyond his normal working hours so that he could ensure the contract signing / deal close out went as smoothly as possible. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Thanks to Scott and Moi, I am now cruising around the island with my new beautiful Honda CR-V! I would give you 10-star ratings if I could. :) THANK YOU Scott, Moi & Tony Honda!!! :) More
