The negotiating, exchanging of pricing numbers, the time in the dealership, sometimes rude salesman and finance mgrs. Always trying to up sell you. Well, wife needed a new car, we settled on the '17 Honda Civic. With homework in hand, I was ready for battle. But to my surprise, it was an environment of detente, no hard sell, just a relaxed understanding of what we wanted. Initially met by Gunnar, we told him we were waiting for Scott M. or Tracie K. He helped us locate the car we were interested in, regardless if we were working with someone else. Prior experience, salesman would just walk away. But he stayed with us until Scott arrived. It was such a pleasure working with Scott, he was upfront with us, showed us the numbers of the price of the car. No pressure, no hard sell, just a relaxed and friendly conversation. I could not believe the price, (employee pricing) no haggling required, good job Tony Honda! We also worked with John Kawamura, the Finance mgr. He was very pleasant with insight to understand what we were going through due to being in the dealership for over five hours. That was the only drawback, the long wait to get us processed, John processed us in a very timely manner with no hard up sell like other Finance mgr we dealt with in the pass. All in all, very positive experience, we highly recommend this Dealership. This is our third Honda Civic from Tony Honda. We are and continue to be Fans of Tony Honda. More
