Down to earth no pressure Was looking for a car for my daughter, did some research on my own but had to go down to the dealership to actually see. Tony Honda had a better selection with more cars when compared to other dealerships. Pulled up and was casually met by salesman Joe Lacuesta. I normally hate car sales people but Joe was different. I told him what I was looking for, what I wanted to see and he instantly understood what I needed. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or push me in any direction. My next problem was going through the options between models with my daughter and Joe had it nailed. Joe understood every step of the way, explained everything, was extremely patient, and in the end made our buying experience as painless as possible. In the end he stayed late after shift to make sure delivery of our new vehicle was up to par and patiently sat in the vehicle with my daughter and showed her how all the gadgets worked. Then we needed maintenance service this month, and we decided to go back to Tony because Wade is someone who listens and cares, someone we can rely on. I have difficulty trusting car dealership service departments because of a very bad experience with one on the Mainland, so I explained to Wade why I had a lot of anxiety about this maintenance appointment. Wade cared about my worries and he understood all my concerns. He patiently helped us through the entire process, with aloha. We were able to verify all the materials they used and that the work was done exactly as promised. Wade gave us peace of mind, and as long as we live on Oahu, we will go back to Tony Honda and Wade.
