Disheartened On the 9th of December, I made an appointment to have my car's transmission looked at. No check engine light. They test drove, said they could "feel On the 9th of December, I made an appointment to have my car's transmission looked at. No check engine light. They test drove, said they could "feel" something wrong but could not fix until the light came on. I struggled with the car for almost two months until the clutch literally burned up on me on H3, during high traffic hours(30JAN2017). Roadside assistance did their job by taking my car to the dealership(after 2 hours) and a rental car was issued. They determined the clutch was burnt out(which I already knew because I could smell it burning while I was trying to get pulled off to the side). They said it was wear and tear. They said they were going to give me a goodwill participation price to replace the parts needed to fix. This car has 30,000 miles on it and under warranty. Kurtis Tshuha was very kind and understanding. Robert Macias however, would not budge on covering the clutch, even though I went in December telling them it was not working properly. I struggled for almost two months of driving with a bad clutch, which would in turn, show massive wear and tear. I don't understand why, if I tried getting it fixed when it was a mechanical issue in December, now it is driver error now. I have tried to reach out to the president of the dealership but have had no luck in making contact. I am super upset. I keep playing phone tag with the liason of American Honda based out of California. I am without my car, without a rental, and feel lost at the moment. This is the second Honda I have drove off the lot with less than 10 miles on it. The first Honda, was a manual, in which I taught my 3 boys how to drive a manual with. No issues with the powertrain at all with that vehicle and sold it with 140,000 miles on it running fabulous. I bought another Honda, due to the safety, reliability, and reputation of the company. Now, I am at a loss for words. My faith in this company is now shattered. I just thank God I did not have my 5 year old while being stuck on H3 traffic during high traffic hours for the two hours. I was so comfortable knowing that Tony Honda was going to take care of me and my car, that I had no worries. Then Robert Macias says I have to pay for the clutch to be fixed. My car is still sitting over there and I am just totally at a loss. If I hadn't put my son's name on the financing to build some credit for him, I would stop making payments on it and not look back. Soooo disappointed. More

Made me feel very welcome, friendly and helpful. I had to get back to work and learned their shuttle service would not be leaving for another half hour, without even being asked, Wade offered to see if they can provide me with express service. I realize this was above and beyond but I was just so grateful they even offered! George was my driver on that express service! Very friendly and courteous! Their service was excellent! Got back to work in time thanks to Wade and George! My car was finished when they promised. Love the pick up service too! Was able to get back to the dealership and pick up my car hassle-free! It was a wonderful experience! More
