I was apprehensive upon arriving at the service area, expecting that I'd probably be charged for the car to be assessed and then be charged again to fix the problem. I was met instead by Natasha, who asked me about the problem and then immediately let me know that my battery would be replaced under warranty and that the starter and alternator would also be checked, free of charge. She even had the team rotate my tires at the same time, as a multi-point inspection showed uneven wear. I came away feeling that I had just received over-the-top customer service. More
