Unfortunately, when we arrived Iven was still working with a customer. Iven did come by to introduce himself personally and apologize as he was still with another customer, so Scott would be assistanting us. Scott was very friendly, he took us for a test drive and tour of the vehicle he was very knowledgeable , he also assisted with the paper work. He made me feel at ease and made sure me and my family were comfortable. The service from start to finish was awesome. She gave me information for both the upcoming 2017 CRV and the possible changes to what the 2016 will be. And just let me decide. I ended up driving away with a 2016 :). Daniel Zabresky finished out our financing and explained and offered options for us. He wanted to make sure we understood what additional options we could have with extended warranty, servicing and maintenance. All in all it was a very awesome experience! **I would also like to thank Ronald (I didn't get a last name however), he was a very kind & funny elderly Japanese man who helped us with our possible additional extras that we may have wanted with our car.
