He first checked the past service report before he made suggestions what are the things needed to be checked too aside from the change oil. He handed me his business card which is very polite, I could forget his name right away. He informed me details, while I was waiting for shuttle he informed me where and how long will it take for the shuttle to arrive. It helped me to manage my time. After a day he called and left a message making sure everything is working well with my car.
