He informed me details, while I was waiting for shuttle he informed me where and how long will it take for the shuttle to arrive. It helped me to manage my time. After a day he called and left a message making sure everything is working well with my car. George was very accommodating he was about to have his lunch break but when Wade asked him if he could drop me off while my car is being serviced. He was very friendly and informative too.
