Best in Customer Service!!!!!! We walked in to Tony Honda to brouse their selection of Accords. Maria Balicoco greeted my daughter and I. I explained to her that we're just looking today, she said sure, if we need any help with anything she will be nearby and gave us the freedom to explore. Our exploration lasted less than 5 minutes, I was asking Maria to show us available Accords. We went that day to spend maybe 15 minutes to look at cars, but it was so pleasant with her that we spent about 2 hours. Maria was so friendly, more than helpful, with an extraordinary amount of patience that we immmediately felt comfortably and truly trusted her. We left that day with her card as she thanked us for visiting Tony Honda. Maria called a couple days later( no hounding) just to again thank us for visiting Tony Honda and emailed us with a link to a wedsite for Honda Accords. I called her a week later and told her we would be coming down that day to buy a car. The purchasing of the car went very well and I'm very happy, but more than that I want people to know about 3 beautiful employees of Tony Honda: Maria Balicoco-Pillar of patience, people pleaser, goes above the call of duty to find the right car for you. non aggressive-BUT SHE IS THERE and waiting do to whatever is in her control to make you happy. Valerie Arakaki-Pleasant, kind, very knowledgeable in products and cost. Valerie's job is what I call being in the middle, she gets you after you have finally found your car and before you find the final cost and driving your new car home. Valerie gets you when you've been waiting and waiting, grouchy and tired, but she will put a smile on your face because she's so nice and leave you with a smle in your heart. Daniel Zabresky-Joy and comfort, helps you get the best financing and discounts (for us it was the military discount), he's an overall good person and makes us very trustworthy in him. Before buying my Accord I have always driven Mercedes and Lexus, part of the reason you go to them is their service (it,s great), but I must tell you, Maria Balicoco, Valerie Arakaki and Daniel Zabresky gave me the same experience-dare I say, I believe they were better!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I buy my daughter her car, I'll will be asking for the 3 of them. You tell them you're looking to buy a car, and they will walkie talkie one of their salesman to come out and greet you. ONE. That way you're not attacked by a bunch hungry salesmen! LOVED THIS. Not to mention the selection they have here and they even have another lot just full of cars because they can't fit it all on this one! Amazing! Another thing was the salesman who helped me. His name was David Diaz. I've come across about 3-4 salesman while I've been searching for the right car for me and ALL of them were so pushy and didn't really seem to have my BEST interest in mind. I went to Servco Toyota prior to my visit to Tony Honda and I was not helped for over half an hour. I hadn't known that NO ONE will greet you outside, you have to go INSIDE and ASK for help. Which I found rather weird, considering this is a business and their salesmen should be looking for people who need help, not the other way around. Also, the salesman I received was rather rude. Of course he didn't mean for it to come across that way, but it did. It seemed like he didn't want to be there nor did he offer any help towards my questions. I asked him what the difference was between two models and all he said was "the rims", when I know there were much more different than simply the rims for a $2,000 price difference. David Diaz on the other hand, he made me feel comfortable. He was relatable. He never pushed me to buy a car, he first got me to feel comfortable as buying a car is a serious matter. He was knowledgable in how Tony Honda's system worked, all the necessary steps I needed to go through to 1) get approved for the vehicle I was interested in 2) the process of buying the vehicle and 3) what I can do to make the process simpler for me in the end. He was SO helpful that I told my sister, who is also in need of a new car, to go to him. Not because she particularly wants a Honda, she's a Toyota ride or die and I'm a Honda rider die, but because David Diaz was just THAT great of a salesmen. My sister is all about service and I know that would be a deal breaker for her. Besides being helped by David Diaz, there were others I came across who also helped me. I cannot recall names but EVERYONE I came across was extremely friendly. Being that I'm only 20 years old, many times I've gone in looking for a vehicle, the salesmen do not take my seriously. I assume it's due to my age, they just don't think I'd be able to make payments or know what I want out of them. But not at this dealership. I felt taken care of, I didn't feel like people were looking at me as though I was a child (though I do consider myself one sometimes). Everything was professional and very welcoming. I will 100% recommend this dealership and 100% recommend David Diaz to anyone who is in search of a vehicle. More

I knew I still wanted the CRV but was unsure whether I could get financing because I am a senior citizen with limited income. Arnel made another thorough presentation of the vehicle in the outdoor lot then took me inside to check inventory and make me a proposal. I left for an hour to discuss the purchase with my son...then returned to discuss what financing rates might be available to a person with limited income. I was fortunate that the current promotion at the dealership was EMPLOYEE PRICING for vehicles in inventory for a longer period AND the interest rate was better than what I had researched prior to my visit. So all things I thought would be a problem were erased by Arnel and I came home with a beautiful blue 2016 CRV. More

About Face Military Service Members Three strikes and I am out. I bought a 2015 Honda CRZ in October of 2014, and that is when all xxxx entered my life. First, the CRZ was recalled fo Three strikes and I am out. I bought a 2015 Honda CRZ in October of 2014, and that is when all xxxx entered my life. First, the CRZ was recalled for the Takata Airbag (All Model Years). Second, I overpaid for the vehicle registration in Hawaii because my car was registered by Tony Honda as a 4 Door Sedan. Third, after giving Tony Honda a third chance I set-up an appointment for an oil change. Once the oil change was "complete," I departed and happy, but checked my oil level and it read 20%. Upon returning to Tony Honda Service Department, I was greeted by Andrew Jameson who informed me that he forgot to reset my oil indicator. I am not sure how to continue to support Tony Honda moving forward because there seems to always be a level of deceitfulness. Military Service-members please seek assistance elsewhere if you would like to truly get a GREAT deal and truthful service. More
