A personal and polite call from Maria and some emails made me interested in finding out what my options were for getting a new car. I did not feel pressured or rushed and was able to take my time to make a decision that would meet my financial and personal needs. He gave me a lot of his time and patience! After I got my car, the followup was prompt and helpful. Overall, the experience was just the best because of the professional and personalized way business is conducted. Great service is not a given for all businesses, unfortunately. Yet, it makes a huge difference and impacts continued customer business. Hawaii is small and word does get around fast! So that's Tony honda, Pacific honda, Windward Honda, King Auto, and Island Honda. Scott Matsouka was the first person to contact me of all the dealers. I currently live in kauai and Scott made it so easy for me to purchase a car from them. We basically made the deal through text messages, emails, and phone calls. Scott gave me the best deal, I got the car for the price I wanted to pay and somehow Scott even got a superb interest rate. I definitely would buy from Tony honda again. More

Great no-notice service We love Andrew. Recently our AC went out in our 2009 Ridgeline and we drove straight over to the dealership to address the issue. Without reservation We love Andrew. Went to a few dealerships, but nobody was a straightforward and helpful as Tony Honda - I went on Memorial Day weekend when they could have easily ign Went to a few dealerships, but nobody was a straightforward and helpful as Tony Honda - I went on Memorial Day weekend when they could have easily ignored me as I was only looking for a used car and there were plenty of folks buying new cars, but they gave me a ton of attention, two test drives and knew everything about the car, they also gave me advice and intros to sort out insurance etc, I couldn't have left there happier. Limuel (Michael) and Kerry were easily two of the best and most helpful salespeople I've ever dealt with. Even though I was buying an older Vehicle, Limuel had memorized the car's entire history and knew everything about the specs of the vehicle. On a very busy day, Kerry was happy to take me on a second test-drive, answer all my questions and made the whole sale/negotiation/paperwork process incredibly smooth and an enjoyable experience. These guys don't bother with "sales" tactics, they're just genuinely helpful and very knowledgable, exactly the type of people you want to help out when you're looking for a vehicle. Solid 5 stars without a second thought. More
