"SUPERLATIVE SERVICE" My 2012 Honda Civic was in bad shape upon arrival. My service rep Mr. Andrew Jameson was able to point out the problem by hearing the noise. Even with salesman Mr. Iven Cunanan, they were able to explain to me what needed to be done to fix the problem, and keep my car in good condition. With 100% trust i went along with the advice they gave. Andrew was very supportive, a true genuine service rep. In the end, he was able to alleviate my Honda. I was definatley satisfied. Ironically, I came into Tony Honda on Father's Day, ironic because when it came to this first time experience, I really wanted my dad to fly in and help me through it because to be quite honestly I was scared. However, Iven, who is a dad, was very patient, professional and polite. My friends know I'm not the best driver and I felt he could sense that and he showed me a lot of safety features. And throughout the whole process even before I came into Tony Honda, he was excellent in customer service, communication and answering all my questions. He along with Daniel from the finance department were really amazing in helping me not only understand the process but also walked me through it without any pressure. I'm very happy I went to Tony Honda even though there are other dealers closer to me, as I live on the east side, because I was able to get to work with Iven and leave a happy customer. More

Why purchase new vehicle from other dealer when in fact Tony Honda is there. Employees are friendly and there is a feel of easiness dealing with them. I purchase a new 2016 Honda Fit in in less than 3 hours. I just could not wait for the car to be detailed at the same day, the commander (my wife) is already texting to pick her up from her work. Car buying here is just like shopping to a department store, so easy, salesman is easy to deal with. Maybe 5 more years, Ill be back for another car. More
