On our second and third visit, Kerry, who is also a fellow bowler, assisted us. Again, as with Joe, we felt very comfortable speaking with him, as he was very patient and attentive. the trials of getting a new car when i first came to tony honda to see if the new 2016 honda civic coupe arrived, i was helped by David Diaz, he told me the car did not come in yet. when i first came to tony honda to see if the new 2016 honda civic coupe arrived, i was helped by David Diaz, he told me the car did not come in yet. he said he would call me or email me. This started in December 2015. I continued to email david to see if it arrived yet, he responded every time. though it did not arrive till 2016, i put down a deposit for the car. David finally told me in April 2016 finally the 2016 civic coupe was starting to arrive. I was very excited, he email me a picture of the first car that came in, which was not the one i wanted but he keep me in the loop. finally in May 2016, he emailed me that the car was here, it was getting serviced right now, will call me when it is ready. which he did in a couple days my car was ready for me. I went down there to meet David. He showed me the car, it was beautiful, then we had to get the paperwork done. When everything was done, he was nice in enough to show me some of the car's features. It took about six months emailing back and forth but at the end i got my car. i am very satisfied with my new car. David Diaz is a nice and friendly salesman and i would definitely refer my friends to him. More
