Asked for a simple quote on a Honda Pilot I first spoke with Maria Balicoco on June 7, 2016 @ 421pm. She had called me after I asked if she could beat the quote from Pacific Honda for a 2016 I first spoke with Maria Balicoco on June 7, 2016 @ 421pm. She had called me after I asked if she could beat the quote from Pacific Honda for a 2016 Honda Pilot EX which was $26,995. She said she could not as she believed they made a pricing error, but if I need her service to call her, text, or email her. I email her and ask for a quote as Pacific Honda did not honor their quote and that the salesman, Eric Ogasawara tried to rip me off! She texts me at 825 am on June 8, 2016 and tells me she would be happy to provide me with honest and excellent service. I ask her for price quote and financing. She replies "I'll be at work at 11 and work with manager regarding price, 0% is credit and will check with my finance manager." She says she will get back to me today which was June 8, 2016. I follow up with her by text at 102pm and no response?I follow up again by text at 216pm and no response? I follow up again by text at 504pm and tell her "If you don't want to give me a quote, it's ok. I'll find another sales person." Then she finally responds with "Brad, I'm receiving your text. I'm extremely busy with customers now and will get back to you when I'm free." I followed up again by text at 717pm and no response? I email her also and get no response? I do a final follow up by text on June 9, 2016 @ 502pm and of course no response! She obviously has no customer service and does not value a potential customer!! This is the worst service I've ever experienced! Wait maybe because she did not give me any customer service!!! More

Even the machanic name Joe does a good job on my car. I'm always asking for him to work on my car, cause I trust his work.. Joe always exsplaine to me, what he did to my car, by saying that he had to replace certain parts. I like that a lot, cause i know that my car is working in good condition... I have always love Tony Honda, and brought lots of my friend there to buy a car... I will recomand my friends to go there. to get their car fix. More
