Another speedy, thorough, awesome service appointment with Sean Kikuchi! I left a message for Sean to schedule an appointment within the week. He replied immediately and got me scheduled for a 3,750 mile service, oil/filter change and brake system flush. On the day of my 7 am appointment, I only had to wait 47 minutes and the job was done. Something new....while I was waiting, I received a text to a vehicle health report video of my car. It's short and simple, but it's good to see your car actually on a lift while the worker relays a short report of your vehicle's health. I can always count on Sean getting my service done in advance to be able to get to work on time. Not only that, Sean spaces out my car service jobs so that at each service appointment, my cost is reasonable and affordable. It's never a big chunk that I have to pay for at one time. I know he has a job to do, but I also know that he takes care of his customers like me. It feels good knowing I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust and not take advantage of me. He's also very helpful in giving me leads for other needed repairs, such as for repairing a cracked windshield glass. This is the first time I had a crack, not a chip, from a flying rock. Knowledgeable as he is, he advised me to have it checked out immediately before the crack grew. If I hadn't mentioned that to him, I would've waited and probably ended up with having to replace the whole windshield glass. I did as he advised and luckily, was able to get my windshield repaired on the same day. Problems resolved! Thanks Sean, for always being there to help! See you at my next service appointment! More
