My experience with David Paganish Well, not sure where to start off at. I bought the car from this location back in September. Dustin was awesome by the way!!!! I came in to get my bat Well, not sure where to start off at. I bought the car from this location back in September. Dustin was awesome by the way!!!! I came in to get my battery replace. I was inform that they don't replace batteries because its not under warranty. Of course I was levied. Considering that I bought the car here. Then my night and shining armor came to the rescue. David could clearly see that I was very upset. He worked with me and my husband to make sure we were taking care of. Honestly if it wasn't for David, I would have cause a big scene and gone to jail for destroying the store. There was a lot of glass and nice cars that could get broken. So thank David for keeping my temper in check. After everything was done and said I actually will come back to this location for some work on my car. Please let David know that the Burton's said thank you for great service!!! More

Wade provided super service Wade provided exceptional professional service. The service was fast and efficient. After the service was complete, Wade offered me a free car wash. I went to the car wash and upgraded to the full service. When my car was completed, it was brought to me and I left the premise. After I got home (Manoa), I noticed the rear car mats were laying on top of my rear seats. I then noticed that the driver side mat was also missing. I called the car wash and asked where the mat was. Spoke to April and she said she would investigate. The next day, she called me and told me that she found the mat and that I would need to come back to pick it up. I explained to her that since it was their mistake, they need to get the mat to me. It is a long drive to Manoa. She refused.Wade called me the next day and I told him about my experience with the car wash. He was very understanding and suggested that he could have the dealership shuttle driver drop it off at my work in town. I was very pleased and thanked him.Wade made a disappointing event turn into one with a happy ending. Outstanding world class service More

Best Honda Dealership on Oahu! I have been to every Honda dealership on the island. And in the end I always end up purchasing my vehicle from Tony Honda. My first vehicle was purchased from them, and it's the same for my new one. These guys are really nice they treat you like family. Of course it's a two way road. What I mean is as long as you don't give them a hard time, they won't give you a hard time. Kerry never ever made me feel like he was forcing me into a sale. He even did small things like grabbing me water instead of just telling me where to find it. It's the small stuff like that, that adds up to a great experience. Mike was great as well. Very friendly person, both of them are. Definitely will be referring all my friends to Tony Honda, particularly Kerry. More
