Recall service Went in to Tony Honda-Waipio to have recall service done on my 2015 FIT. Somehow missed the shuttle that was supposed to take me home. The next shut Went in to Tony Honda-Waipio to have recall service done on my 2015 FIT. Somehow missed the shuttle that was supposed to take me home. The next shuttle for different area would have brought me home but I would have had to wait again. Wade Szameitat said he would take care of rental car for me and had George Toro bring me to rental car counter. One counter was out of cars. There was no one at the Enterprise counter. After waiting awhile at the Enterprise counter, George Toro said he could drive me home instead. What could have been a potentially annoying situation was alleviated by the GREAT service offered by both Wade and George. In my opinion, they both exemplify the best in customer service and should be recognized for their efforts. More

Quality Service and Professionalism I came in because I was experiencing low air pressure in one of my tires, and wanted to have it checked out. Sean welcomed me as soon as I walked in I came in because I was experiencing low air pressure in one of my tires, and wanted to have it checked out. Sean welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and listened to my concerns. He immediately identified the cause of the problem (a screw was lodged in the tire), and assisted me with getting the tire plugged. I also mentioned that I needed an oil change, and he was able to accommodate this with the service of my tire. I decided to wait for my car since it was still 6:30 in the morning, and nothing was open in the area. Luckily there is a nice waiting room where they had a television and coffee. Within the hour Sean came to give me back my key and fill me in on the services provided. Although the cost of the oil change is higher than I normally pay at Goodyear, I do feel that I receive a more comprehensive service at Honda. I was very pleased with the level of service I received, and will happily bring my car back for servicing in the future. More

Cared about what is best for us rather than just our money I recently brought my car in to have a recall fixed. I mentioned the car was being quite noisy so our service coordinator had them do a full inspectio I recently brought my car in to have a recall fixed. I mentioned the car was being quite noisy so our service coordinator had them do a full inspection to find a few other things wrong with the vehicle. He helped us figure out what was the highest priority to fix and worked with us to keep the cost down. It is the only time I have ever felt like a car service coordinator actually cared about what was best for us rather than just getting our money. I felt like I could trust his recommendations and felt much better about spending the money needed to get our car back to running safely and smoothly. More
