Quality Service and Professionalism I came in because I was experiencing low air pressure in one of my tires, and wanted to have it checked out. Sean welcomed me as soon as I walked in I came in because I was experiencing low air pressure in one of my tires, and wanted to have it checked out. Sean welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and listened to my concerns. He immediately identified the cause of the problem (a screw was lodged in the tire), and assisted me with getting the tire plugged. I also mentioned that I needed an oil change, and he was able to accommodate this with the service of my tire. I decided to wait for my car since it was still 6:30 in the morning, and nothing was open in the area. Luckily there is a nice waiting room where they had a television and coffee. Within the hour Sean came to give me back my key and fill me in on the services provided. Although the cost of the oil change is higher than I normally pay at Goodyear, I do feel that I receive a more comprehensive service at Honda. I was very pleased with the level of service I received, and will happily bring my car back for servicing in the future. More

Cared about what is best for us rather than just our money I recently brought my car in to have a recall fixed. I mentioned the car was being quite noisy so our service coordinator had them do a full inspectio I recently brought my car in to have a recall fixed. I mentioned the car was being quite noisy so our service coordinator had them do a full inspection to find a few other things wrong with the vehicle. He helped us figure out what was the highest priority to fix and worked with us to keep the cost down. It is the only time I have ever felt like a car service coordinator actually cared about what was best for us rather than just getting our money. I felt like I could trust his recommendations and felt much better about spending the money needed to get our car back to running safely and smoothly. More

Extremely Satisfied! Recognition Well Deserved! I am just one of the thousands of reviews about Tony Honda, but it is what led me into the dealership by driving from town side due to majority of the I am just one of the thousands of reviews about Tony Honda, but it is what led me into the dealership by driving from town side due to majority of the 5 star ratings. Guess what? They were spot on! Naurene Silva was superb! She was exactly the type of sales person I was looking for. If you want a "nice, genuine, less pushy, honest, and customer always comes first." type of sales person to service you, she would be the one. She took her time to show me many different vehicles and explain to me to the best of her knowledge of each of them without having to feel the pushy sales vibe that just wants your money and send you out the door or get's irritated by the fact you are being picky jumping to over 10 vehicles just because you are there to find the suitable car. She wasn't one of those for sure. She was willing to listen and cater to our needs the entire time. I felt even if I had to pay more, it was well worth it. After we have started on the paper work and getting the finance approved *thank god!*, we stepped over to Mike , the finance manager to complete the paperwork. He was also great to work with. Although our APR was very high, he was willing to help us try and get a better rate, which we are still waiting for...The only bit of negative detail I have to mention that I didn't really like was during the signing of the paper work. I purchased couple vehicles in the past and both of finance guys normally always ask me ahead of time if I wanted to purchase the additional warranty and stuffs. I didn't like it when everything was already prepared and wasn't mentioned to us prior if we wanted to purchase those additional extended warranty. But the "sign here please." I feel it should be an option that should be asked, and not automatically assumed the customer wants it. I do understand everyone needs to maximize profits, but I felt that part doesn't make the customer feel good about, knowing they may want it and mistakenly sign up for it. Overall, it was painless and fast. Last final note as to WHY I still gave it 5 stars, esp for Naurene. When we went down to pick up our vehicle. I was shocked to see Naurene was still buffering and cleaning our vehicle to make sure it was in tip top shape when I pick it up. **I have never seen a sales person went this far, AFTER, they had already sold the vehicle.** As I had mentioned, I believe those who truly cares about a sale and their customers would do this. I find that impressive and well deserved to go that extra mile for their customers. If you ask me if I will be buying another vehicle there in the future? 110%, no questions asked. And of course, I will find Naurene once again, without a doubt. Thank you guys at Tony Honda! More
