We went out on a Saturday in the pouring rain. Tracie did not let that stop her from showing us around the lot and comparing the different vehicles and options that suited our needs. We felt so bad that we had her in the rain, soaked, but she was determined to find us something. She made us feel comfortable and was able to educate us on the vehicle and compare with other models. I recommend going to Tony Honda because they really do help you get the best deal possible in the car of your choice, ask for Tracie she is a doll:). Matt was very professional, attentive to what we were looking for and provided us with clear and informative information which made our decision a lot easier to make. We felt that Matt was very transparent and as stated above very informative. Matt was not "pushy" instead allowed us time to talk and make our own decision. Even after we purchased the car Matt spent a lot of time with us going over the car's controls, features etc which was very helpful. He acknowledged our kids and ensured that they kept busy.
