Found an unbelievable value. Came in for service on my old Honda Accord 2002 which I was trying to preserve because of the dis continuation of that body style. Too many things wrong to preserve it so, I thought I would look at something to get me back an forth to work. With the help of Sonia I found an '09 Accord with 14,000+ miles on it. The body and interior was immaculate. I think Sonia could not believe it herself, but once she did, she went above and beyond the call of duty, to assist me and my wife GET THAT CAR! She held it until I returned with my wife, gave us the test drive, and all pertinent information. When it was time to pick up the car we text messaged each other and Sonia made sure the experience was pleasant. This is the third Accord my wife and I have purchased from Tony and with Sonia Diaz-Ruiz assistance the most helpful and pleasant buying experience. More

I had done some research on the 2016Accord Sport but wanted to show the family to get the overall approval. Kerry Kobayashi was our salesmen and from the beginning to the end he made this whole experience great. Extremely knowledgeable about all the different models and features of each. Answered ever question i had. We settled on the 2016 Sport and could not be any happier. Initially they did not have the color my wife wanted on the lot or the next coming shipment, but he went above and beyond and found it with another dealer on Kauai. He arranged all the shipping to Waipio and low and behold my wife has the color she wanted. Happy wife, happy life lol. Excellent overall experience with Tony Honda. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. If you are looking for another car, give them your time. Never once did i feel "rushed" to decide on anything as i had at other dealers. If you want a Honda without the pushy car salesman attitude, Go see Kerry at Tony Honda at Waipio. He definitely made my first "New" car experience a joyful one. More
