Excellent service I had inflated an underinflated tire which became underinflated within a week. So I brought it in to Wade without an appointment. He greeted me with a friendly smile, allayed my fears by assuring me that he would take care of the problem and courteously worked me in to have the tire fixed very quickly. Poor Customer Service Skills I am surprised to see Moi Mabalot getting as many positive experiences from customers or the responses are not validated for its authenticity. Unless I am surprised to see Moi Mabalot getting as many positive experiences from customers or the responses are not validated for its authenticity. Unless it was a one off situation, I found my experience at the dealership with Moi to be one of the worst experiences in buying a car. It is hard to imagine that a sales manager had such poor interaction skills for someone who has been in the industry for 25 years. It is due to his poor customer service that I am rating low. I was in a dire need to get a vehicle and had to under go dealing with his poor manner. He operated with no compassion to my given situation and continued to stress his importance. Additionally, the dealership was not detailed in handling my paperwork. I had to call myself to follow up on the status and to top it off, when i picked the vehicle after detailing, it smelled of weed. I know there aren't alot of competition for Honda dealerships in Oahu. But this is not what a Honda customer should go through. This could have been a one of event or my expectation might have been higher due to my past experiences; But this was my experience with this dealership and it did result in POOR feelings about the whole experience.
