Kept our options open, but was looking at the CRV and the Accord. The first option was the CRV, so he walked us over to the CRV, and asked us if we're interested in the EX, we said "yes". Very friendly, patient and understood what we would like. Unlike some unmentionable dealers, he wasn't pushy or didn't put pressure on us to buy the CRV, but rather he asked us if we're interested in other models, which we we're (as plan B option - the Accord). Without going into details on why we went with Plan B, he understood why and we felt very grateful that he did. He never pushed us to go for the CRV, but supported our decision and made the best effort to make it affordable for us. Thank you, Scott. And I would definitely recommend you to anyone reading this and/or to my co-workers/friends at the office if they're looking for a new car. More

Best car buying experience ever Husband and I went to Tony Honda to just "look" at cars. Got to "look" at cars by ourselves for a little while, which I like, no sales pitch from sale Husband and I went to Tony Honda to just "look" at cars. Got to "look" at cars by ourselves for a little while, which I like, no sales pitch from sales people that tends to lead you to the higher priced vehicles, which we weren't looking for. There was a couple cars that I was interested in, then out walks Honda salesman Jared Rego. I immediately said we were just "looking". He said no problem. Very friendly. I asked to take a "look" at some vehicles that I was interested in. He was very knowledgable of all the vehicles that I look at. No long sale pitch that always gets tuned out and just wants to make you leave. No pressure. A very pleasant "looking" at cars. We had a liking to one vehicle, but really wanted to look at a smaller SUV, he informed us of a new vehicle that's was coming out but didn't have one on lot to look at. Ended up he found one in the back of the lot. Brought it up front, luckily we were still there. Jared was very knowledgable, attentive, patient and he made a sale, we purchase it. Even with the the livelyness is for them to sale a a car they didn't even make me feel pressure.. they made me feel more like myself and free and comfortable at making any choices that I wanted to make I felt very thankful for feeling at ease and comfortable with sharing with them. Along with them Marco the finance gentleman made me feel just as same as they did and even comfortable with saying yes to my situation these three gentlemen were wonderful with handling everything that I asked of them and they handled it professionally with tremendous amount of kindness I feel a true amount of Aloha. I took our CRV to Tony Honda in Waipahu the first day we received our car from the ship. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was August. Sean was our service rep and he was so awesome to us. He had to keep our car and gave us a loaner, with AC, and really showed us the Aloha spirit we heard so much about. We have been here 18 months and have continued to service our cars at Tony Honda because of that first repair. They are attentive and really listen to my concerns and needs. We are loyal Honda customers and will continue to see Tony Honda for all our repair and service needs. Mahalo, Sean! More
