Super salesman We went to Tony Honda to look at the new HRV. The first salesman (Woody)pretty much shined us on since there weren't any on the lot(he told us he woul We went to Tony Honda to look at the new HRV. The next week we walked in and Aaron DeMello took the time to tell us what the process was, the timetable, and the deposit to reserve a car. Aaron kept us informed about the delays because of the weather and even tried to let us know about another reserved car that became available (we missed that call). We found Aaron very easy to talk with and he was patient with any questions we had. His professionalism should be an example to your other salesmen. On a scale of 1 to 10, Aaron is. 100!! Wanted to give this review to your automated phone survey company, but every time (5 calls) they called it was disconnected as soon as I answered it. Also received great service from Sean in the service department. Very easy to work with as my schedule kept changing. More

I happened to call my friend who worked at Tony Honda as an IT guy, who quickly introduced me to Matt Chong, a salesman. Let me first say that Matt was soooooo patient with me and knowing how I am (having to see something 4 times before I buy), I could not have asked for a better salesman. Matt was so helpful to show me the various options in buying versus leasing, new versus old, and even when I said, "let me think on it"....he was never pushy and let me walk right out the door without hassle. Of course, I visited another couple dealerships, only to end back up at Tony Honda desperately looking for Matt. lol. I can say that it was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Stress free and actually, relaxing...other than the kids rushing me through it. Matt was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle having driven one himself. I am so thankful that I purchased from Tony Honda. I can't wait for my next purchase in a few years...I'll be right back there in a heartbeat!
