Still waiting on promised refund 2 months later My wife and I purchased a new Honda Odyssey in mid-August. We were charged the full registration fee of $325. We were told to bring in our non-resident form within the next 7 days and we would be refunded the difference ($304.50). This refund never came. After a couple of weeks we received our license plate, but still no refund check. I checked with the dealer and was told it would be mailed out to us. On 9/14 I called and left a voicemail for Mike Demello our finance person on this purchase. I received no call back. On 9/17 I called again and left a voicemail. Mike called me back and said he would have to look into it. I heard nothing further. I sent him an email on 9/23. I called and left him another voicemail on 10/1. Nearly 2 months since our purchase and we're still waiting on this refund check. Now I feel like my calls are being ignored. Our actual purchase was a fine experience, but this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. We wouldn't recommend this dealer and will instead be telling our friends and family to stay far away. More

He ensured that all of my questions were answered and went out of his way to help me make a decision when buying my vehicle. Car shopping is the bane of my existence due to past experiences, but Matt was so awesome and friendly that I felt completely comfortable during our exchange and did not feel pressured to make any decisions the moment I sat down for my test drive. All in all, the staff that I encountered during my trips to the dealership were welcoming and very resourceful.
