Excellent Experience! Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. Nothings was a problem. I came in to see Poki, but he was unavailable at the time so Jacob assisted me. He was so excited about the car that it really got me excited too! Jacob explained the features and benefits right away, and it was a good introduction to the car. The technology that are now available in cars can be intimidating but Jacob took the time to demonstrate how to set up things and answered my many questions and concerns. No question was too silly for him. He made be feel very comfortable with the many features of the car by having me try them out. He reassured me that if I had questions to call him and he could help me. My husband came in late to finish signing the papers, just before closing and no one complained that it was late. Everyone still had a warm Aloha for us. By the time everything was completed it was very late, and I thought I would come back the next day to pick up the car. But Jacob had taken the extra effort to get my car ready for me. I feel confident that the quality service will not end once I have purchased the car. The next day Jacob, sent a text,"Hope you enjoy your new CR-V" Thank you to Poki, Jacob, Aaron, and Mike. And when I came back to pick up parts that I had order, everyone was great again! Outstanding Customer Service! Yesterday, my Honda Odyssey's battery went out, and I was "stranded" in a parking lot of a shopping mall with night coming on. When I could not get Honda Roadside Service, I called Sarah Segawa at the Tony Honda on Oahu, Hawaii. She stayed with me and helped me to get available towing service to bring my car to the dealership before closing. I was greatly appreciative of the extra customer service she gave me in this very stressful situation. (She did not have to take the time to help me track down towing service.....but she chose to help me out of a very difficult situation. Now that is PREMIER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!) Then when I got to the dealership, the service agent, Joshua Lospoc, continued with the outstanding customer from drop off to pick up the next day! I went in to PacHonda expecting a Civic leasing deal that I found online but upon arrival they told me that the offer expired and could not honor anything similar. Yesterday, I found Tony Auto Group and hopped around from Huyndai to Nissan and then back to Honda hoping to get a great deal on a Civic. Woody immediately greeted us at the door and listened intently on our story and experience over the last 2 days. Knowing what I was looking for, Woody offered to give us an expired deal in order to give a deal similar to what I was looking for. He was very honest in his sales and genuinely wanted me to walk out of there with keys in hand, which I did. I would reccomend Tony Honda, specifically Woody, to anybody. More
