awesome experience jared is mature for a young man, very knowledgeable, approachable, respectful and friendly without being over the top pushy. he was sincerely there t jared is mature for a young man, very knowledgeable, approachable, respectful and friendly without being over the top pushy. he was sincerely there to help me and took a lot of time with multiple test drives of different models and most importantly he was on my side of the negotiations and was able to cut me a great deal (on my trade in) which i felt was fair for both sides. jared took care of all my needs showed me all the functions of my new car and even programmed my phone to by synced with the bluetooth functions. he stayed late after closing and met me early the next day to refill my gas and have my car detailed by his crew. it is refreshing to have great service and feel the spirit of aloha during my experience here at tony honda autopiler. kudos to daniel the finance manager for doing all the tedious paper work with such a positive attitude and friendly disposition. Service appointment Service department was excellent! We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and an agent came up to check the car in. Wade then came over to review with Service department was excellent! We were greeted as soon as we pulled up and an agent came up to check the car in. Wade then came over to review with us the services they would be providing for the day. He was very easy to talk to and very personable. We told him we would wait for the car. The waiting room was comfortable and had some yummy snacks available to customers. The car was done in less than an hour! Definitely will be back to visit Wade in 6 months for my next service! More

Excellent Experience! Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. Nothings was a problem. I came in to see Poki, but he was unavailable at the time so Everyone was helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. Nothings was a problem. I came in to see Poki, but he was unavailable at the time so Jacob assisted me. He was so excited about the car that it really got me excited too! Jacob explained the features and benefits right away, and it was a good introduction to the car. The technology that are now available in cars can be intimidating but Jacob took the time to demonstrate how to set up things and answered my many questions and concerns. No question was too silly for him. He made be feel very comfortable with the many features of the car by having me try them out. He reassured me that if I had questions to call him and he could help me. My husband came in late to finish signing the papers, just before closing and no one complained that it was late. Everyone still had a warm Aloha for us. By the time everything was completed it was very late, and I thought I would come back the next day to pick up the car. But Jacob had taken the extra effort to get my car ready for me. I feel confident that the quality service will not end once I have purchased the car. The next day Jacob, sent a text,"Hope you enjoy your new CR-V" Thank you to Poki, Jacob, Aaron, and Mike. And when I came back to pick up parts that I had order, everyone was great again!
