But she was so accommodating and really helped us get a van in our price range. We had our 3 kids with us (all 6 years and under) but it wasn't even a stressful time being there at all like one would imagine. They have an awesome area set apart for kids with a TV - genius idea. First oil change with new Crosstour bought at another dealer I leased my first Crosstour in 2015 from Tony Honda. It was a great experience as was the service for almost 5 years!! I extended the lease a few time I leased my first Crosstour in 2015 from Tony Honda. It was a great experience as was the service for almost 5 years!! I extended the lease a few times first with being too busy and second waiting for the right color. Unfortunately your dealership couldn't get me the right color and then Pacific Honda had one and the price right. I will be doing all the service with Tony Honda once again as your team there does a such great job and the ease for me as I live on the North Shore. Nice low pressure sales team We knew what vehicle we wanted, and didn't have a problem purchasing it. We met with Andre the other day, but unfortunately he wasn't on the floor wh We knew what vehicle we wanted, and didn't have a problem purchasing it. We met with Andre the other day, but unfortunately he wasn't on the floor when we returned to make the purchase. In his place, Scott was available, and he was really down to earth and personable. Marco assisted us with our financing and offered a very competitive interest rate while answering all our questions. After the sale was done, Scott took extra time to introduce us to the car, and set up my phone so it would sync to the car without a problem. The one negative thing I would say is that the car was pretty dirty from sitting on the lot, and since the car wash closes at 7:00pm, we were unable to get it cleaned before we took it home. I can bring it back to the dealer to get it cleaned later this week, so its not really a huge problem. Overall, we felt like we were treated as family, and won't hesitate to return to purchase our next vehicle. More
