Excellent Service The battery in my 2010 Crosstour was acting erratic. Sometime it would start and other times it would not. I had the battery replaced in 2014, so I was thing maybe it was the alternator. I called Sean, who scheduled me an appointment. When I brought the vehicle in, it was determined that it was in fact the battery. Sean replaced the battery, free of charge, since it was still under warranty. Overall, the service was excellent.
