AWESOME!!!! I had such a great experience here. From the moment i stepped out of my car, Matt Chong made me comfortable. Being a girl i was truly scared that i wa I had such a great experience here. Being a girl i was truly scared that i was gonna be taken advantage of aince i honestly know nothing but he just totally was in tune with me. He asked me a few questions about the kind of car i was looking for and his first suggestion is the one i fell in love with. Being a person with not so good credit i was scared i wouldnt be able to get it, well i wasnt but he promised me he was gonna check more places to see if ill be able to get it. I was skeptical but the next day i got a phone call and he pulled through. Honestly i was so happy. That day i went in and Mike D. the finance managwr helped me out and within 30 min i was out the door driving my brand new car. Honestly one of the best experiences ive ever had and i was blessed to have had Matt as a sales person. Also Mike was very helpful and totally made everything work out. Each time h I have phoned Wade Szameitat with questions and to schedule regular service and maintenance since purchasing my first Honda in late 2010. Each time he is pleasant and professional and always checks my warranty services and the maintenance history so that I can get current information. Once, when an unusual problem came up, Wade scheduled the service and kept me abreast of the diagnosis and problem solving so I wouldn't worry. He also checked in with Mr. Gary Hu to apprise him of the progress on the job. It was Mr. Hu's excellent customer service and management style that brought me to Tony Honda in the first place. I trust Mr. Hu and know I can rely on his recommendation for purchase and/or service. I especially appreciate that both take the time to make sure I understand what will be done and why its important prior to proceeding to the next step. I live in Hawaii Kai and based on this long term record of professionalism and excellent service I continue to be willing to drive to Tony Honda in Waipahu! Mahalo nui Mr. Hu and Mr. Szameitat. More
