Positive new car buying experience! Kerry was an AMAZING sales associate. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed during the entire process. Friendly people Joe was very helpful and he wasn't pushy like most salesperson I've dealt with. He was genuinely nice and funny guy. Don't make the sales manager mad Just had the worst car buy (shopping) experience ever at Tony Honda. Upper Management really need to train their sales people and managers on custom Just had the worst car buy (shopping) experience ever at Tony Honda. Upper Management really need to train their sales people and managers on customer service. Not everyone walking though your door is ready to buy a car and drive it off the lot. Some may do that but those that choose not to buy should not be treated so mean and yelled at. The last statement by the "sales manager" was go and buy your car the other dealership! His red face of anger and throwing his arms up in the air was totally uncalled for. If he just let us leave with out mouthing off with us we may have come back. BTW, we own a CVR and a Pilot both serviced at Tony Honda. So here was the problem. 1. Went to Tony Honda because of the slick campaign of "credit union" sale. Don't be fooled. The advertisements is just to get you to walk into the door. There is no credit union sale or pricing available. The only difference is that they have some of the credit unions set up at the dealership but when we went it was only empty tables. When asked for the CU pricing, we were told it was for a select vehicles...what a total LIE by Tony Honda. We really were shopping and wanted to know the price of a car. We figured the CU pricing would be available as advertised. 2. No haggling. Yea right. We also went because of the CU sale because we could shop and not have to go though the regular price haggling and look at the price because we were shopping and not 100% ready to buy. We went through two levels of sales guys but wanted to just get a CU pricing quote. 3. Not listening to the customer. Our first sales guy didn't really listen. We wanted to price out the Touring CVR...leather seats and lots of bells and whistles. But I guess we didn't look like we could afford it so he kept on moving us to the CVR XL. We must have said "leather" about 10 times but the guy never really got it. 4. Car shopping is car shopping. A friend of ours told us he had a contact at a competing dealership (also Honda) right before we went to the dealership. So when the sales guy asked us if we were shopping we said yes and told him that our friend told us to check with his friend. I guess this is when everything started to unravel. The sales guy was cool with it but the manager was so mad that we would consider shopping at another Honda Dealer. I guess he felt that they do all the work and someone else gets the sale....well hello...that is life and if he doesn't like it he should work in a different field. I have been in Sales for 35 years and that is how it goes...you make some and you lose some. But you never burn your bridges with clients..you always treat customers with care. If I were his manager I would tell him to take a hike. 5. Finally I think out of frustration the "sales manager" said he would give us a quote. But first he wants our commitment to buy the car. What make a commitment before we know the price. These guys are gems...the perfect example of what makes car salesmen the worst of them all. So he gives us a quote. We thank him and we ask him to write the price down on the back of his card. Guess what the answer was NO. You gotta love it. I guess we won't be going back to Tony Honda any time in the near future. Two other Honda dealerships on the island. More

He answered our questions as much as he can, if he couldn't answer it he would tell us wait a minute and he will go and get the answer. He is a cool salesperson that I've ever met not like others I met.. Always there when we needed to ask him about certain vehicles.I would recommend my friends to see Andre. He is like a big brother. The people there are friendly keep up the good job. More

They always make sure my car is up to date and find the best pricing (via dealer service coupons). One of the things I appreciate most is that they don't sell me services when I don't need it. (Like a oil change before its really due, etc). More

The first time (2 months prior) we came the sales guy could not give us information on the cars and did not follow up with us. This time it was very different. We were even able to go home for several hours to decide but still got the car later that night. Thanks to Kerry for working with us and even staying later to walk us through some basics. More
