Honest and Trustworthy, the Highest Compliment I Can Give My wife and I are not "car people", so we've always been skeptical of recommended service work or repairs that are suggested by mechanics. Especially by dealerships, where the assumption is that everything will be overpriced and our lack of knowledge would be taken advantage of. But we have been pleasantly surprised with the service department at Tony Honda, specifically with Wade Szameitat. Our Honda Odyssey recently starting making a weird noise, and my wife was worried that we would not be able to adequately describe the sound, but Wade was patient in attempting to diagnose the sound with us, and was great at explaining the cause (and subsequent repair) to us in layman's terms. "Car people" don't understand how overwhelming and vulnerable it can feel when something is wrong with your vehicle, and my wife and I felt that Wade was honest and trustworthy, which is everything we could ask for when it comes to servicing our van.
