He demonstrated a great understanding of what the van really meant for our growing family and was both knowledgeable and efficient. TRACIE KOMORI was our sales associate and she had such a patient and calm demeanor that I felt very comfortable to be there. She was knowledgeable about the product she was selling and gave many good tips and pointers. We ended up choosing a vehicle that we are completely satisfied with. The whole procedure, including working with the finance department (Danny Zabresky) was pressure free. Also, Aaron Chang in accessories sales was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.
