But once I was welcomed by Limu, the sales consultant, I didn't feel that nervous anymore. He showed me excellent customer service by making it all about what I need/want and also inputting some of his opinions. Although it didn't seem possible to get the car that I wanted (2012 Infiniti G37), Limu and his Finance manager, Marco, was able to get me approved. My overall experience at Tony Honda was excellent, I'm happy with owning my dream car and I left with a great big smile. More

I will probably purchase another car next year for my daughter and will ask for Matt again. Steve Wood kept in touch with me and called me to inform me that the model and color I wanted was in. He was not there when I came in but Matt immediately helped us. I was disappointed that when I came in to pick the car up there were 7 sales people sitting in a group talking story and not one person asked me if I needed help. They actually ignored me. They were not in a meeting because I could hear the laughter and joking around among them. There was no one at the front desk so I had to walk around and look for Matt myself. He was with another customer so he got someone to help me. This person was very friendly and knowledgeable and cheerfully helped me. I could not pick him out of the pictures. More

We were looking at the Honda CR-V in the showroom when we mentioned that it is a bit too big for us. Matt then directed us to the smaller HR-V that we had not heard about. We were so impressed with the overall features of the smaller car that we went on a test drive and made the decision to buy that very day. Matt applied no pressure. He provided all the information needed and patiently waited for our decision. We did not feel the need to check with any other dealership. Today we can say we absolutely love our Honda HR-V!
