I will probably purchase another car next year for my daughter and will ask for Matt again. Steve Wood kept in touch with me and called me to inform me that the model and color I wanted was in. He was not there when I came in but Matt immediately helped us. I was disappointed that when I came in to pick the car up there were 7 sales people sitting in a group talking story and not one person asked me if I needed help. They actually ignored me. They were not in a meeting because I could hear the laughter and joking around among them. There was no one at the front desk so I had to walk around and look for Matt myself. He was with another customer so he got someone to help me. This person was very friendly and knowledgeable and cheerfully helped me. I could not pick him out of the pictures. More

We were so impressed with the overall features of the smaller car that we went on a test drive and made the decision to buy that very day. Matt applied no pressure. He provided all the information needed and patiently waited for our decision. We did not feel the need to check with any other dealership. Today we can say we absolutely love our Honda HR-V!
