It took a long negotiation but in the end I bought the car for my daughter that she wanted . Jared was great , he was the only reason I stayed and didn't walk out after the person he reports to wrote that I should be looking at a car I can afford on a piece of paper , instead of counteroffering what I offered , I found that to be very insulting especially bc I was only asking 700.00 less than the sticker price on a two year old vehicle . But Jared was willing to work with me so I stayed . As I said I ended up buy a 2015 fit , more than I wanted to spend but happy with the car More

The Vehicles were Great and the People were even Better Why the overall 4 stars, because overall the help and service was great. Although being stuck in the lobby for 2 hours, it would have been great if someone showed me where I could get accessories for my new vehicle. I can't blame the dealership, as with other places, it was busy, which is a good sign. None the less, customer service was great. They did everything they could, Dustin and Marco, to make sure that the vehicle would be mine. They deserve most of the credit in my review. Work Quality? The two mentioned above provided great serves nonetheless, but, what really dragged it down to 3 Stars was this. I waited in the Lobby for 2 hours, with no offer to look around in the accessories. I couldn't tell if the Lobby was the accessories shop itself, since it had some on the shelf behind some chairs and very few in the glass case. BUT, what really set it down, was the quality of detailing. Assuming that the detailing was part of the "ProPack," which was over $1,000 USD, it definitely was not worth the time or money because of the detailing that was preformed. I understand that it was busy, which is why it took that long of a wait. But taking a first look on the outside, there were already smudges on the paint and water spots from left over water that evaporated. If they did anything on the interior, there was no problem, so I commend them on that one. Later, I called to ask if there were any accessories that came with the "ProPack," as I thought it would since the definition was to bundle services and accessories together as a dealer offer. But then again, it did not which kind of made me irate since the cost of it. Just as how customer service was, the friendliness was excellent and skillfully represented by Dustin. He deserves the props on this one. From being introduced to him in front of the Honda section the signing off on the papers for my vehicle, he is a great example of friendliness through out the trip of buying not only our first Honda, but also the first car for my son. Marco did great to try and lower our monthly cost, of course it comes with a sacrifice, such as an extension, I hoped some accessories would have been thrown in there, or even mentioned to us, but it was us at fault as well for not mentioning it. As for pricing, it was okay. Marco did what he could as well as Dustin did. I would have been happy to get some freebies. I know that it's part of financing reasons, but putting down a thousand dollars and getting the vehicle would have been better on the dealer's side instead of having a customer wait on their decision and car shop elsewhere. Iven was the representative who contacted me regarding my inquiry and quickly searched for the best avaliable deals. After comparing the results (the turn around time was much faster than other dealerships on just relaying me the information I requested) I came in for a test drive. Iven showed me two vehicles both honda civics (one slightly more upgraded) after the test drive I was sold. Iven kept a positive and friendly attitude through out the entire process and jokingly Invited myself and my fiancée over to his place after we concluded the deal to watch the may weather/ pacman fight! Haha. He is a good friendly man and would recommend this dealership just due to him! More
