My First Honda! As a first-time new car buyer, female, and so unfamiliar to shopping for a car, I was pretty intimidated. I tried to go in with an open mind, and boy As a first-time new car buyer, female, and so unfamiliar to shopping for a car, I was pretty intimidated. I tried to go in with an open mind, and boy, my expectations were exceeded. Upon arrival, my mom, brother, and I were pleasantly greeted by Travis. He was very personable, and listened to the needs of what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the different safety features, tech information about the different trim levels, and really answered all the questions I could think of. He was very patient, and never rushed me to my decision. I'm so grateful for that as I did meet other sales consultants that were pushy, uninterested, and not very personable. Matt Chong also helped me out a lot by working the numbers out and really talking me through the rest of the car buying process. He was definitely willing to work with me and helped me to work with the budget that I had set. I am happy to say, I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Honda Civic, and the first in the family to stray away from Toyotas (hopefully, not the last). Eighteen months ago, we went to another car company's dealership and was disappointed with their dishonesty in dealing with clients, my wife and I promised to our selves never go back again to those kind of dealers, then we met Kerry at Honda, honest and sincere, he helped us get a blue Honda Civic for our daughter, the process was fast it was less than a week. . Blue was her High School color so she was happy. We were pleased with how professional Mr. Kerry was and also because was sensitive to our needs and budget. Kerry had helped us regain our belief in goodness in car dealers again. How happy are we with Kerry? Very happy, we came back this weekend to get another car for our second child. It took us a little longer this time because we have to prepared our budget in leasing another car,( funny we cut our bills with our phones, with our internet and our garden maintenance - having our yard cut from twice a month to once a month ) it works and Kerry was patiently answering all our questions and make us feel important. The last hurdle was the color, my son wanted a silver CRV since he grew attached to our old van with the same color - there was none,but Kerry again found one more in another site and it had sealed our decision to get another Honda. Well, our son is going to college and needs a reliable car like her sister, we are glad we made the same decision to get the same brand of car, thank to Kerry's outstanding professionalism and honestly. Two years from now we will surely need another car, we firmly believe we will call Kerry again, he is not only a Salesperson, but a true representative of Tony Honda;s values of goodness, kindness, professionalism and caring for customers. Could have been better. I expressed that i was already approved for a car loan with my own credit union. But through some miscommunication--every other financial institution I expressed that i was already approved for a car loan with my own credit union. But through some miscommunication--every other financial institution was contacted. I was told my credit union did not have any record of my loan approval. I ended up signing the credit of sale with another credit union at the time of my purchase. I contacted my credit union the following week and was told by my loan office that no cuttle was ever sent to them. Anyway I was able to switch the sale agreement and finance through my own credit union. Thank you to Marco for making it happen. He took the time to come in on his day off. More
