My First Honda! As a first-time new car buyer, female, and so unfamiliar to shopping for a car, I was pretty intimidated. I tried to go in with an open mind, and boy As a first-time new car buyer, female, and so unfamiliar to shopping for a car, I was pretty intimidated. I tried to go in with an open mind, and boy, my expectations were exceeded. Upon arrival, my mom, brother, and I were pleasantly greeted by Travis. He was very personable, and listened to the needs of what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the different safety features, tech information about the different trim levels, and really answered all the questions I could think of. He was very patient, and never rushed me to my decision. I'm so grateful for that as I did meet other sales consultants that were pushy, uninterested, and not very personable. Matt Chong also helped me out a lot by working the numbers out and really talking me through the rest of the car buying process. He was definitely willing to work with me and helped me to work with the budget that I had set. I am happy to say, I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Honda Civic, and the first in the family to stray away from Toyotas (hopefully, not the last).
