We was there last November to compare the Honda vs Toyota van. Honda win. Arrived to the Tony Honda and was greeted by welcoming sales people. I've been researching online for several month and had done my homework. I'm pretty experienced with buying cars and in my line of work, I am not intimidating and know if someone will BS or jerk me around. My family exited the vehicle and once we felt we was ready, a sale person greeted us in a friendly tone. Plus one, we felt welcomed. Kerry Kobayashi introduced himself and we got down to business. Zero pressure, up and up questions. At no time did he even asked us, our employment or what was our budget. We looked at the used vans first and none had met our needs. We then took a look at the new vans for the fun of it. Again not pressured. Kerry really know his product. He was really open to questions and what out needs in the van. Kerry found what we like and negotiation began. No pressure, we had our credit union low interest rate ready on hand and Tony Honda beat the rate. Great for us. We never need to go back and forth. It went so smooth. I've never had a car buying experience like this. No one jerk me around, just up and up experience. 3 hours max and pick our van the next day with some free carwash cards. I think one year of free car wash would be great if purchased a new vehicle. OVERALL 5 stars for the friendliness of the staff and 5 stars for the new car buying experience. I believe you have to meet a sale person with a trust worthy personality that know his product in and out. More

Joseph Kinsey did not pressure me into buying anything even though it was the end of the year and as all car dealerships they had a quota to meet. However their priority was clearly the customer. I am a huge skeptic and don't trust any car dealerships. This is my third Honda and I have to say my experience with them was the best. Joseph did not give me any sales pitch. He laid out the facts , showed me numbers in black and white .He worked with me on the price I wanted and I was very happy with car I bought from them. They are by far the best car dealership in Oahu! If you are looking for a car or simply just window shopping go see Joe Kinsey! More

He explained everything to me with clarity and detail. The wait time was only an hour and I was promptly called when my car was ready for pick-up. Upon returning to the autoplex, I decided to browse the showroom and was greeted by another friendly employee who asked me if I needed any help. She was warm, personable and kind. Despite the demand for good used Civics, Jacob found a car that met our budget, assisted my senior parents in reviewing the civic and patiently helped them with their finance application. My parents were so comfortable with Jacob's assistance that they no longer wanted to look at other dealerships. Due to year end rush, their car was taking a little longer to be delivered. They followed up Jacob and it was delivered to them the next day. He also let them know that if they still had questions afterwards, they could call him.
